We are pleased to announce that we have a Nurse Clinician, Jane Webb, starting at the surgery on Tuesday 3rd May 2016.
Please see section under Appointments for further details.
PHYSIO FIRST – Self Referral
If you are suffering from one of the following problems, you can see a physio at the pratice, without seeing a GP:
- Sprains and strains
- Joint arthritis
- Back pain
- Neck pai
- Trapped nerves
Please phone the surgery to make an appointment. If we don’t have an appointment available at our surgery, you may be offered an appointment at Dr Adey’s practice or at The Bunbury Health Centre.
Named Accountable GP:
The GP contract for 2015-16 now requires practices to allocate a named, accountable GP for all patients (including children) who will take lead responsibility for the co-ordination of all appropriate services required under the contact. When patients see a GP or Nurse they will be advised of their accountable GP. This does not prevent you from seeing any other GP in the practice as you will still be able to make an appointment with any of our Doctors.
Please help the doctors by following these guidelines:
- Please arrive promptly for your appointment.
- Please don't waste appointments. Let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.
- If you change your name, address or telephone number please inform the receptionist.
- Illnesses are unpredictable and urgent calls can upset the best appointment system - please be patient.
