At our Flu clinic on Saturday 29th September some of our Patient Participation Group members will be on hand to show interested Patients how to use the Patient Access service.
It is that time of year again. If you are eligible for a flu vaccination our flu clinics are as follows: Tarporley surgery - Saturday 29th September 9.00 am to 1.00 pm. Thursday 15th November 5pm to 8 pm Tarvin Surgery - Thursday 11th October 3.00 pm to 8.00 pm Full. Saturday 20th October 9 am to 1 pm Waverton Surgery - Thursday 18th October 9.00 am to 1.00 pm - Full. Thursday 1st November 9.00 am to 1.00 pm
Emis Access has a new look. There is now a pop up when you order your prescription which may cause confusion for our Dispensing Patients (i.e. patients who collect their medication from the surgery). Please do not nominate a pharmacy if you are a Dispensing Patient, but click 'not now' and you will then be able to order your prescription in the usual way. Any problems, please let the surgery know.
Patient Privacy Notice
Please take a look at our New Patient Privacy Notice. This can be found under Patient Information - Patient Confidentiality.
Care Hub: Connecting Patients with Care Providers
Care Hub allows people of all ages to find local services that can help you whether that’s smoking advice at a nearby group or even organising a walking club for older people. For more information please click on the link below.
Please help the doctors by following these guidelines:
- Please arrive promptly for your appointment.
- Please don’t waste appointments. Let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend. During August 2018, 108 patients did not turn up for their appointments and did not let the surgery know they were unable to attend
- If you change your name, address or telephone number please inform the receptionist.
- Illnesses are unpredictable and urgent calls can upset the best appointment system – please be patient.
